6-202.13: (A) Insect control devices that are used to electrocute or stun flying insects shall be designed to retain the insect within the device.
(B) Insect control devices shall be installed so that:
(1) The devices are not located over a FOOD preparation area; and
(2) Dead insects and insect fragments are prevented from being impelled onto or falling on exposed FOOD; clean EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS, and LINENS; and unwrapped SINGLEĀ SERVICE and SINGLE-USE ARTICLES. Observed at least 2 fly trap tapes hanging right in the middle of the walkway. Move to avoid potential flies wiggling loose and falling into a container/ or food item passing by below. - COS (Correct By: Jun 2, 2022) |

3-304.12 (A): During pauses in FOOD preparation or dispensing, FOOD preparation and dispensing UTENSILS shall be stored:
(A) Except as specified under (B) of this section, in the FOOD with their handles above the top of the FOOD and the container. Some of the scoops for the toppings looked like the handle slipped into the container. Make sure to reposition the utensil so that the handle sticks up an out and maintain by next routine inspection. |

Observed the following non-food contact surfaces to be in need of cleaning: 1) Inside of the chest freezer in the walk-in cooler 2) inside of the 2 door silver ice cream freezer around the corner from the front hand sink. Clean and maintain by next routine inspection. |
